Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website (www.nextgenix.in) or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Nextgenix Tech and Media Pvt Ltd.
2. Our Services
We provide technology services including:
- Website design and development
- Mobile app development (Android & iOS)
- E-commerce and online store development
- AI and automation solutions
- Cloud hosting and DevOps
- UI/UX design
- SEO and digital marketing
The specific services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for your project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
3. How Projects Work
Project Proposals
Before we start, we'll give you a clear written proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after you approve and make the initial payment.
Changes During the Project
If you need changes beyond the original scope, we'll discuss the impact on timeline and cost before proceeding. Minor adjustments within scope are always included.
Delivery & Approval
We deliver work in milestones. You'll get a chance to review and approve each milestone before we move to the next one. Final delivery requires your sign-off.
4. Payment Terms
- We typically work on a milestone-based payment structure
- Standard split: 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% on delivery
- Payments are due within 7 days of invoice
- We accept bank transfer, UPI, and international payments
- Late payments may result in project delays
5. Intellectual Property
Once the project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables (your website, app, designs, etc.). We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks we use remain their respective owners' property.
6. Confidentiality
We keep all your project information, business data, and communications strictly confidential. We won't share your information with anyone outside our team without your written permission. We expect the same from you regarding our proprietary methods and pricing.
7. Warranties & Limitations
We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but technology can be unpredictable. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery for any issues directly related to the work we delivered. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or changes made by others after delivery.
8. Cancellation
Either party can cancel a project with 14 days' written notice. If you cancel, you'll pay for work completed up to that point. We'll deliver all completed work and assets to you. Upfront payments for unstarted work are refundable.
